I have been dating a guy for about a year now. We have had or ups and downs but have stuck throught it. He recently moved to another state. Should I follow him or stay where I am now? Here I have a place to live and a job.

Do you see a future with this guy? Honestly? If so then it should definitely be considered. If no, then the relationship is probably over already.

No offence to your bf, or your relationship. But one thing I have learned throughout all of my years is that you should never do something only for someone else, because if you do and it doesnt work out, everything goes down in vain. That isnt to say you shouldnt move, just think about it. Make sure you have a place to live there, a job lined up etc etc.

Don't do it unless there a chance your going to get married and you really dont know if it will happen but sometimes you have to take chances. Make sure he is worth it b4 you leave your life for him. I had a friend that moved from Phoenix to Michigan with her son for her man and left her entire family. Not after a year that she was there he treated her like **** and she was alone and depressed, it was bad. She back in Phoenix now and happier but it was waste but you live and learn. I would think deeply about doing it. Do you think he would do it for you?

Do you want to be with him forever? Is the relationship in a place that would lead to a future? Do you picture it working out for the long term? If so, then maybe, but you have to TRULY follow your heart.

stay where you are. its hard to believe, but many people break up after following a partner to another town, state, country, etc. if its love, something will work out.
