with Delta and Army Rangers,when the american flag is faced backwards on their uniform,?and some other branches too.?..

Its all the branches not just a select few...its because thats they way it faces when troops are advancing..signifying that the flag is never retreating...

The first answer was right. The Flag is "backwards" because the military is always moving forward.
P.S. When was the last time you saw a Delta Operator?

The flag is facing forward per our perspective. It's as if we were looking at the flag not you. That's why it's backwards for you.
