Sounds like your interest is more in the history of the church, theological studies are what you need.
Many universities do these courses.
Yahoo search them

Erm, i do not think there are really classes that study on individual movies. Perhaps there are some fans' club, or interest group that may interest you? Or you can even create one yourself.

If you are interested, you have to act fast. Interest in particular movies fade with time..

Edit: Noted that you mentioned that you are interest not in the movie but the theory and the religious elements.

Probably some of the sources you can aquire would no doubt be the Holy Bible where you can get a background understanding of what went on in the story. There are also many commentaries based on the Da Vinci code that provides whole list of relevant information where you may wish to start your research on.

A lot of the things in the book and movie were not true. There is such thing as opus dei, but about Magdalen being the holy grail and having Jesus's child isn't. The priory isn't real either.
If you just like the subject, and don't care whether it's true or not, there are some books, such as "The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail" and "Foucault's Pendulum".
