Some leading body washes contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate, but others contain Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate and Ammonium Laureth Sulfate. The difference between SLS and ALS isn't really notable, but is there a difference between the body washes?

I do not know the differences, but had a dermotologist tell us to only purchase lotions and body washes that had 8 or fewer ingredients in them. Aveeno is a good line

I suspect that those two ingredients probably do exactly the same thing. Chemically they are probably very similar.
