FIRST OF ALL U HAVE TO LEARN THE CAUSES OR MODES OF TRANSMISSION..IF U HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANY ONE OF THOSE MODESTHEN U HAVE TO GET UR SELF TESTED ..FIST..ADN REPEAT THE SAME TEST AGAIN AFTER THREE MONTHS ...
GO THROUGH INTERNET OR SEARCH ENGINES AND FIND OUT THE WAYS IT IS SPREAD....COS SIMPLEY KISSING AND SHAKING HANDS OR SHARING OF UTENSILES DOESNT SPREAD AIDS...BUT REMEBER TO REPEAT THE TEST TWICE ..BECOS IF U HAVE JSUT BEEN IFECTED THEN IT DOESNT SHOW INSTANTLY THAT IS WHY THIS 3 MONTH PERIOD IS CALLED THE WINDOW PERIOD ..AFTER THREE MONTHS AGAIN U GET UR SELF TESTED I THINK ITS CALLED ELISA TEST..IF IT SHOWS POSITIVE THEN UR INFECTED..BUT NOT TO WORRY ..COS NOW THERE ARE ALOT OF NEW ADVANCED DRUGS THAT PROMOTE LIFE SPAN IF ONE CONTRACTS AIDS

get tested right away. If you contact your State Department of Public Health they should be able to put you in touch with a clinic that can test you anonymously and for free if those are issues for you, or go to your own doctor and request to be tested.
