capp is right marriage doesn't make you legal anymore........... my husband i have 2 kids andbeen married 6 years and they denied him becasue of crossing the border illeagaly...........but as far as how to marry i know in ky we just walked into the court house........bought our license showed picture id......... the magistrate came to our house and preformed the wedding......... oh and i wasn't desperate..........nor in a bar when my hubby and i met............ for info it was at work in a factory............that everyone around here is to sorry to work in because they can draw off the gov and be better off than working.........OH_HELL

This is for all you poor souls who get on here to bash others who are here in the U.S. illegally, first off up yours, because we all are transplants via immigration, we all live on stolen land unless you are a native American, I was born and raised here but unlike some of you assholes i am not blind to the facts!!! all of the American south west was once Mexico, i.e. Mexican American war, (read a book) what is even worse is not every person who is illegal is a drain on economy and 90% of the people here illegally come here only to better there lives and provide for there family,Hey how weird is that? those are two of the biggest reasons your family,and my family immigrated to this country so stop being such a hypocrite,and fix yourself first, with that said i hope those of you who are on here for the sole purpose to bash others and hate just for the sake of hating, Well i hope a illegal immigrant, takes your job or gets a promotion you were in line for. one final thought i am not the defender of all illegals, because there are some who come here and join gangs and do crimes etc..etc.. but that truly is a small percent we have many more important issues at hand here in the united states if you don't like illegals then maybe we should give everyone there rightful lands back to them???

well 4 every one that anwered ur question with somethink stupid i just want to let u know u can walk in any where n get mearried its that simple my hubby was illegal his paerents brought him over when he was 3yrs so he didnt even know he was illigal but let me tell u that my friend is the fast track to get ur papers so go ahead dont be like the dumb people havin kids with out being merried so if u got the person go ahead n 4 all thosse people hey we are no differnt we r all humans n if the united states was not feedin them then they would go where ever they could cuz reallity is no one works as hard as some one that had to get every thing them selfs n not have famaliy to give them every thing good luck

If you are illegal, marriage in the US to an American citizen will not help you to stay. You have to be legal in the time of the marriage. Many mistake this !
