Yes feelings can be brought with cash.With cash you can buy gifts for someone you love and show them how much you truly care for them and in turn they will start to love you for the care you show and thus you would have purchased happiness.

You can buy happiness, but not perment happiness. I mean think how happy you get when someone buys you A gift,now it might not last because the feeling gets old. An the item gets useless. So ideally you can buuy spurts of happiness.
