If you date her and this thing goes south (which it most likely will), how comfortable will either one of you be? Will it force her to have to quit because of the inequity in the power situation (you have rank)?

You're married, if you want a relationship with someone, try having one with your wife. If you can't have one with her, wait till the divorce is final before getting involved with anyone else. Otherwise, the wife can take you for everything you ever hope to have. Never have a relationship with your secretary, period. It will end up causing you all kinds of problems down the road.
