This really depends where you are flying from. I am going to assume from a major US city.

The cheapest way will actually probably be to book a flight into a major WESTERN Europe city--London or Paris are probably the cheapest. And then independantly book a flight on one of the intercontinental websites. I found a flight from Milan to Prague round trip for about $80. It's REALLY cheap to fly within Europe--the major expense is getting there in the first place.

So, go to Kayak.com, which will search all of the budget airfare websites for the best price out of the US. Then go to a travel website like Letsgo.com and look around for links on air travel within major european cities and go from there.

Good luck!
