Yes, it means one of two things:
1) You found out that you have a problem with the way you think of yourself and the way you treat other people.
2) If (1) is definitely not true, then you know that the guy is an asshole and you should NOT DATE HIM.
Actually, both of them could be true at once . . . but anyway, you need to think about the kind of personality you have. Good night!

The answer to this question may depend on the cultural and racial background of the guy.
For some reason, African guys seem to regularly call their girlfriends "bi*ches" and receive a positive response from the girls. [Similarly, they also use the terms "dog" and "N*gger" to refer to one another in a non-hostile manner]. Thus, if it is a African guy who is calling you a bi*tch, it may just be the result of his cultural up-bringing and he may be attempting to complement you.
Otherwise, guys usually don't use the term "bi*ch" in a complementary manner.

Yea its a good thing cause you are not under his spell, which means you are not stupid you have your own mind. Unless you just being totally rude. If not continue to be a stuck up, you know the rest.

when a guy calls a girl that, it means he thinks she is above him and that she won't waste her time with a lower-life like him. but when a guy does this, the girl should feel good about it, cos she now knows that he really is below her and not worth her time and effort. (if a guy calls a girl names like that, i'd say it's safe to say they were never meant to be, he doesn't respect her, a gentleman would wish her luck in her search for her 'true love')

Could be. lets look at this. You know you got his attention, if not he would not have even noticed. If he was not interested why would he care. He is talking to you, if there was not some interest he would just ignore you. he may just be trying to get your attention
