It seems like it is getting harder and harder to remember simple day to day activities, also, things that I read and hear. Should I seek out medical help?

It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency

If it's just an annoyance, and you're in your 40's or later, that is probably normal to have these difficulties. People joke about it all the time, but it is frustrating. I've noticed I have trouble remembering what year it is anymore, let's see, 2007 or 2008? Everybody my age or older laughs and says they have the same problem and it's kind of embarrassing/funny.

If you're getting lost on the way to work, that is serious.

Other things that can affect memory: being stressed out, having too many things going on at once (maybe you were typing on the computer while you were talking on the phone?) not getting enough sleep, being depressed, etc.

Whether you need help depends on if it's just irritating or if it is serious things like forgetting to turn off the stove burner or getting lost in familiar neighborhoods or forgetting your daughter's name kind of things. If you're really wondering, ask your doctor about it.

You might want to try a proven and powerful herb called "Ginko Biloba". This herb is great for enhancing and improving memory and alertness.
Also- reading a positive book regularily can also help keep the brain fresh and sharp as well as in good order.
A great book I can suggest is "The book of five rings" by Myamoto Musashi. In the 16th century Musashi was known as the greatest samurai that ever lived and he still holds that position even today as his principles of discipline, alertness, overcoming challenges, and strategy is used by many corporations and schools. To be a good fighter-one must also be a good thinker and be focused as a wandering mind leads to failure...yet a sharpened mind leads to success.

Out of all the muscles in the body...the mind is the largest. It must be exercised too.

A bad memory is better than no memory at all. If you can remember that you forgot then you have nothing to worry about, so since it's not Alzheimer's it could be stress related, learning some techniques ie meditation, can help clear up the clutter upstairs.

There's a home remedy.

Its called the Pencil and Paper Remedy.

You take a pencil, and write down what you need to remember on the paper. Simple enough?

Depends on how old you are...if you're over 40, then brain drain sets in, but it's usually not bad. Short term memory loss is something else and I'd see a Dr...right away...

memory loss is directly related to masturbation.
increase masturbation = increase memory loss.

just do it once a day. semen contains a lot of zinc which our brain needs for storing memory.
