I broke up with a girl i had been dating for 3 years a few months ago. I'm tired of missing her and missing out on life. Im in college, Iowa Western to be more specific. Could someone give me pointers as to how I would "jump" back into dating? Im shy as it is, but don't want to miss out on the right girl because i miss my ex.

Try to find a girl the complete opposite of her. Do something that you and her never did. Maybe you and her never went out to drink, or never went to a movie. This way what you are doing wont remind you of her...but in honesty, time is the best medicine...also good call, college is not the best time to be tied down with anyone.

Well try to go out and meet new people. Im sorry to break it to you but there's no corner bar where they have all the single people lined up for you to pick. You gotta go out there and try to meet people. Just be open and have a positive attitude. But I think forst of all you should get over your ex, don't just look for a rebound relationship. Try to sort out your feelings and who knows, maybe in the process you'l find someone to help you sort faster. Good Luck!

your in college dude!!!! the girls are giving it out man....especially in of all places west iowa!!! are you for real??? go to a party, or the library. my personal secret....you ready........wal-mart!!!! thay never see it coming and think your the nice guy. a young co-ed by herself shopping???? single all the way. i should write a book
