Try rubbing nail polish remover on your nails and the taste of that is really gross. or try rubbing garlic on them cut the galic and get the juice of the garlic on your nails and that is a nasty taste.

I had a same problem when I was really young.you know that the nails are the disgusting open cesspool, well, it would be hard to stop only with it. so I can tell you the great preventive measure.

1.just paint it on your nails.
2.it doesn't bring any nauseating or qualmish.
3.it has a verification through the clinical demonstration.
4.it makes you notice when you try to suck or bite your nail.

the only thing that work for me was a special nail polish you can get from the chemist it tastes really gross so it makes you stop biting

i put fake nails on mine that helped me and my mom did the same thing. Try that.. It should help.

PAINT THEM WITH NAILPOLISH. THAT HELPED ME ALOT. BUT FOR SOME REASON I STOPPED PAINTING THEM.AND STARTED BITING THEM AGAIN LOL

i put vinegar on mine and stopped... you just really stink for a few days.... or you can keep gloves on your hands... that might work too..
