everytime i am around i go shake everyone hands at chruch. and lastweek this girl looks at me then she looks on the ground she did this like 3 times. and then she see i am not looking so she stard ups and looking at me why?

She knows you greet everyone and she doesn't want you to talk to her. My advice is let her come to you.

Sounds like she is definitely shy. She may like you also but be afraid to show it.. Just take things slow maybe an intro etc and see how it goes.
