My hair is pretty straight. Should I cut them wet or dry? And how do I cut them so they don't look straight across like a 3 year old?

yes, that's fun too....cut the hair wet, pull the rest of the hair back in a pony tail or just pin it back....comb the bangs with a small tooth comb forward to a point between the eyebrows. Next hold them tightly to make the hair look like a brush, you know, a tip, cut with the other hand, all in one slice, if you can't that's ok, just cut with the tip of the siccors, small quick snips. Now let go and comb them and fluff them up. This should frame your face around the eyebrows. Play with the hair, you could bring the cut to the bridge of the nose half way down and have really long bangs, or to the tip of the nose and snip. Next you could change the whole thing and make the point just below the middle of your right or left eye and the shortest point would be just below the eye...also check out www.sebastian.com, they have the very best hair products....lots of luck...

I have to trim my bangs once a week - they do grow fast. Make sure your hair is dry and straight. Then use the scissors to cut straight up into the ends of the bangs - do not cut across. Snip little by little straight up into the bangs. This will trim them gradually and keep that natural-ends look. Step back from the mirror every few seconds to make sure you haven't gone too far. This is pretty much a fool proof way to cut your bangs.

I first cut my bangs when I was 12 and my parents freaked but everyone else liked it. It is easier than you might think. You will need a sharp pair of scissors (preferably barbers) and be in front of a bathroom mirror. First you need to dampen your hair with a sprayer or flick your fingers. You should not soak it because it may be off with the shape of your forhead. Next you need to with even tension evenly put your bangs between your fingers near your face like a hair stylist. To make sure it doesn;t look goofy curve your fingers to conform to the curvature of your forhead. Next take your bangs in front of your eyes just close enough to see. Cut right over where your fingers are on your bangs still following the curvature. Hope I described it well enough. Good Luck.

get your hair a little bit wet and run a comb through your bangs to the length you want your bangs. Make sure not to cut too much and leave some room for error. Then cut them..

get a strip of hair, cut gently [so ur not cutting the whole the off] starting from about 15cms or so from the tip and cut while moving the scissors downwards. and repeat. so its not "straight across lyk a 3 year old" i think its easier to do it wen ur hair is dry

its kinda hard to explain but i did this on a friend and it looked great!

wet is definately better as it straighten out your hair so you can see the length. i like straight across bangs! you can search on the website of hair do's and copy them. it's hard as it's only the bangs being cut. just don't forget to wet your hair first

heh, i would cut them on the long side first (like, very long) because the one and only time i've ever tried cutting my own bangs, i RUINED them, and had to get those ueber short guy like bangs. if you have any friends that do their own hair (or their kids) ask them to show you how.
good luck...

you would possibly want to attempt hair extinctions and basically decrease them to the size you want placed them less than a number of your bang hair and there you flow quickly hair strengthen.. you would possibly want to probable discover some video clips on youtube exhibiting the thanks to placed them in and ask your self them and what not.
