Not sure about the vitamins, but I was just reading in an old yoga magazine of what foods to focus on that benefits the skin.
To soften the skin : eat or use Salmon, walnuts extra-virgin olive oil, eggs, beef and dairy.
For blemishes: Spinach, Swiss Chard and other dark green veggies.
To brighten: Lean beef and whole grains.
To tighten the skin: citrus fruits, green peppers and tomatoes.

Vitamin E dont' take too much but it helps alot and drink lots of water to make the skin soft
