I resigned from this job instead of being humaliated. I not longer work for this company and I would like this removed from my record. I than would be able to reapply with a different oraganization.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Your previous company's files on YOU are not releaseable to another company without your written permission.

If your previous employer divulged that information to a prospective employer, you can sue them for defamation of character. Most companies now will only confirm that you worked for them from x to y dates. That's why your references matter more than your employment history.

Especially references from your previous company (i.e., find someone willing to vouch for you from there and use them - if you can't use some supervisor or something that knows the implications of denigrating your name).

i just don't put them down on my employment history, or i do, but when they give me the releases to sign for employment references, i use the previous jobs Ive had, and they never ask questions.
