Ok u have to tell me a little more detail, like where it is, when did it start, and what are your symptoms for me to help u better ... if its several millimiters below the surface of the gum, there is a likeleness that it may be an abcess from a dying or infected tooth. If it is very close to the gums, it might be a periodontal infection ... All and all these are infections and u should get seen as soon as u can. Antiinflammatories, like iboprufen, may help with the pain ... take as indicated on the bottles ... Good luck,

If it popped up all of a sudden and feels like it has fluid inside it it's an abcess. you need to call your Dentist asap to get antibiotics or possibly have it drained. Some people will tell you to burst it, but you should try not to. If it does burst try to swallow as little as possible because that fluid has the infection in it.

If it's been around for a while you'll need to call your Dentist so he can check if it's something he needs to remove.

It could be and absessed tooth (Infection under the Gum), have you had dental work done latley? this is common when root canals don't hold up....don't be scared, I've been there..easily fixed..see a dental surgeon...stay away from the dentist who worked on you. mine denied anything wrong.

sounds like a canker sore. Try taking salt or a salt packet and packing the sore and immediate area with it. If it is a canker sore that should clear it up in no time.

It is propably an infection due to a bad tooth or teeth. You should go to a dentist or try to pop it yourself (it will hurt).

I had one - its a cyst - it isn't painful and a small operation will soon get rid of it.

Go and speak to your doc and they will refer you to oral specialists to get it seen to.

Dont listen to the 'cancer' rubbish on here - you would know the difference!

Good luck & get well soon! x
