No. That's an ideology, not a statement of fact. The intent is that all humans have the same value from a moral or ethical standpoint, and should be treated equally.

Created equal physically? To some degree, yes. Less some sort of deformity (and I'm not going to get into that now) we all have about the same thing. Two eyes, two arms, legs hands etc., blood, a heart...I could go on but you get the idea. Some people are tall, some average, and some are short. Some have more ability and/or try harder than others. I can't play basketball like Michael Jordan did. I can't golf like Tiger Woods can. I'm not as smart as some inventors were/are. I'm not a college professor, etc. but we all have the approximate same makeup. God doesn't look at a persons size, strength, mental capabilities, or money. God looks at the heart, the faith, the love in a person. In that way, we are ALL equal. No one any more value than another. We are ALL EQUAL in Gods eyes.

All men are created equal before the law. Actually thats the way it is supposed to be but its not. There is no arguing that a fat wallet can buy a lot of justice and that most practitioners of the law are only people that money can buy.

In reality people are not created equally. There are differences of all sorts, spiritual, physical, mental and emotional and probably a pile of others too.

Nope, because of the way genes get transfered from one generation to the next some people just aren't as equal as others. If we were all equal we would all have the same sallary. We would all be able to run at the same speed. It is our inequality that gives us the drive to perform better and use what we have to it's best potential. The idea that all men are equal is just another example of "opium for the masses."

It is said that we are all equal in the eyes of God and we are supposed to be equal before the law. So we all have equal rights and obligations (barring disabilities, etc)
