Hey.. You asked such a complex thing in so simple manner!! Even God failed to understand women completely and then how can you expect answer of this question from us and that also in general... .stil i would add something to what others have said..

Golden Rule - Ask them questions?? Look what happens that girls in indis do not have their day at most of places.. that vrings their inner desire to speak.. most of times .. they speak to another girl.. You.. go and ask her.. what she likes.. what she think of this or that.. and balh blah.. all that flirting..

Another rule - Make her feel that she is all together different than other girls on this planet.. I know thats a old dialogue but you see. it still works at best?? why?? girls have not changed yet.. they still want to see themselves being special and different in the eyes of others..

Final Rule - Never ask them what to do?? This sound absurd.. but I tell you.. it works.. why?? most of time. these girls are confused with simple questions like what to do?? Like what to eat?? which restaurant to go?? which dress to buy?? Take those decisions for her.. she really loves that and that also without knowing it>>

I think that they impress others by the way that they dress and their mannerisms. They are usually polite and try to smile and say Auntie, Uncle a lot out of respect.
