Wow, that is awesome! LOL ... I know ... silly ... but see, I grew up where is never snows, and lived most my life in places it never or rarely snows, had to drive to mountains to see snow. Now I live in Vancouver, and while we only get dustings, or sometimes (like now) 15 cm or so ... I just love it!!
Dunno how i would feel living in a place where it really snows and gets cold though ... would like to try it one winter :-)
Be careful, and enjoy!

Hello Saskatonians! Am reading this "late" compared to your posting, but isn't it totally unfair that we had to get stuck in the deepfreeze following the harrowing blizzard?
I at least can stay home, but just worry about my husband and kid. My husband does building maintenance, so he's be busy fixing furnaces so places have heat - and by what bad luck, he's on call, so he's been back out in the evenings.
However, it's been nice to hear the "good samaritan" stories; can you actually imagine spending the night in Ukrainian tire?

I feel for you, we live in a snow belt in Central Ontario. We have been extremely lucky this year. Actually unbelievable for us here. We just got about 2 feet yesterday, wasn't bad.
Take it easy getting dug out. I know it is hard work.

I don't live in Canada & it doesn't snow here but depending on what I say to my wife tonight, I may have to dig myself out of a hole tomorrow. If I do do the wrong thing then it will be as frosty as winter here!
