its all related to dehydration and lack of oxygen, drink about 4 litres of water a day (not all at once!) with a few lecithin tablets(they help bring oxygen to the blood) and lots of brahmi (great for mental stuff)....do it for about 6-8 weeks...you'll see things alot more clearly, also dont eat so much fatty foods and sugar and especially not energy drinks.

Often it results from fatigue, stress and other health issues.
First try getting the health all straightened around and see if the paranoia disappears .
If not, then schedule an appt with a shrink.

If you're using the word loosely to describe someone who just acts that way... the cure is developing healthy trust.

If you are referring to a psychiatric condition, the person may need therapy or meds.

Hey..medication. See your doctor.
If anyone tells you otherwise don't listen. Paranoia is akin to schizophrenia and needs to be treated with medication.

anti depreassants and anxiety meds work for paranoia and ocd. i wouldnt recommend going on them unless its a really severe case. try talking to someone, a professional. getting what youre paranoid about out will help, and they can give you tips on how to talk yourself out of it

I don't think so maybe if you go to the doctor and get on pills that make you either a zombie or just plain goofy. If you like drinking try staying drunk all the time

Why do you ask that? Do you think I'm paranoid? What makes you think that? I'm not paranoid... I don't know why you would even think that!
