I don't beleive any Muslim would beleive that Muhammad wasn't a prophet of Allah considering one of the first thing Muslim people are taught is

the first condition to be Muslim is saying by the tounge and heart :
La ilaha il Alaah (there is No God Except Allah)
Muhammad ur Rasul Allah(and Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah)
so how can u say that any muslim denied the fact that muhaamad is not a prophet after saying above Kalma by heart n tounge.

There are no muslims who say that Muhammad (pbuh) was not a prophet. The first thing we as a muslim believe is
' There is no God except ALLAH and Muhammad(pbuh) is messenger of ALLAH'

I never heard of that. If my understanding of Islam is correct. You MUST believe in the Quran AND the Prophets or you have NOT totally submitted.
You are speaking of Sufi or Ba'Hai's. They are not Muslims.
