Why are you picking on the Army and not another Service Branch such as the Marine Corps?
Besides, you really need to go back to school (if your q is not tongue-in-cheek) and re-examine your English studies to understand the meanining between the word "will" and the noun name "Wil."

Yes, you just have to be fast. In my unit we have a guy named Wil and after he got shoot for the fourth time they made us change the command to "commence firing". It is a good thing that Wil stayed away from the machine gun range otherwise I don't think he would have made it.

Yah. That's really funny, though! I'd be a bit squeamish about joining especially if someone there got annoyed at you right about the time they said "Fire at Will". It'd kind of give a person an excuse to shoot me.....
