im in the 10th grade and i have trouble understanding my work becaue i cant concentrate good...any advice on how i can concentrate more in class?????? any advice will be helpfull.

Practice the art of meditation outside of school. It will make you more at peace and ease while in the classroom aiding in better concentration.

Listening to music helped me concentrate, but I'm a musician, soooooooo..............but I could place what I had learned with what song I was listening to. just remember to have one ear open so you can hear it....otherwise it's like, pointless.....but that's just what works for me, and I have a major problem concentrating, cause my mind wanders, and music helped like crazy
