also thinking of the name Jake
and Killer but killer might be a little much that name was suggested to me by my bf but i don't think i want to name him that at all
so Jake and Jeeper are the two i'm going for
or if anyone has any better suggestions of names

I LOVE that name!! JEEPER!! Never heard it before so it will be original and new! When your dog has a cute name (or collar or funny face etc.etc.) people react to him better, even at the Vet and they've heard them all. Before I named my last puppy, I used Yahoo Search for 'dog names' and then I called my vet assistant and she checked for my choice of names in the computer and said they didn't have another one with that name. Make the little guy proud of himself. Jeeper!!! 100% perfect!!

Jeeper is creative but it's horrible. Jake-Jeeper sounds better as if you wanna include Jeeper. Jake is nice, normal, and funny for a dog since it's a human name. My ex bf named his german shepperds Pyro, and Sulli (monster's inc.). And he had a great dane named Goliath. Um and a mutt named Draco. I think those were pretty creative. Why don't you try a dog name website? That's what I used. But out of Jake and Jeeper, Jake. Gee... rather Toyoter then Jeeper.

I think Jeeper is very nice. My dad always said the easiest way to decide if the name was right for your dog is to yell it out as if you are calling the dog. If it feels right.... you're good to go! (Of course... my dogs are spoiled babies, so I say it in baby talk too. LOL)

JEEPER! that's a great name and not so common like jake. everybody and their neighbor's dog is jake. plus when his ears start to go crazy jeeper will fit him great! please don't use killer. these poor dogs have enough attached to them as it is. jeeper, i love it!

jeeper is a cute name but when it gets older it wont fit the dog. you could wait till you get it and try to get it a name befitting of its personality.

Seems tp me that there was a cartoon or comic strip character just named Jeep and he was cool and a dog.
