I just feel as we grow our personality's change. And it makes hard to know someone.

It's not possible to know every single thing about another person ever, but I'd say if you spend a lot of time with the guy (and quality time) talking about your past and everything you can possibly think of, i'd say you know them as well as anyone.

Yes. I got married at 21, and although it ended (quite complicated) we still love each other deeply and know each other better than anyone.
