I am definitely shy and so is the guy!! We've looked at each other a lot, but I get so nervous around him.

Honestly it depends on how shy you are and how well you know the person. If you are shy then maybe you should do little things like asking them to dinner or a movie. If your not a shy person then just come out and say how you feel. If you are afraid of rejection then all you can do is say something or you will never know.

It will be very natural and subconscious. You might do any number of things and he might very well do the same things. Some things could range from the way you look at him, blush, get animated when he is around, glue your eyes to each other, smile, do something to help the other person, invite the person to lunch, try to do something to be near them.

Have the courage to go up and talk to them, no matter how nervous you are... that will let them know right there.
