there are often times when i feel the same way. if u believe, try to remember that God put u on earth for a reason. if not remember that u are on earth for a reason. if u feel like u made a mistake getting back together then take a break from your relationship. an unhealthy relationship is not good for ur self esteem. try waking up in the morning, looking in the mirror and telling urself one good thing about urself. i know it sounds cheesy, but i know from experience that it works. surround urself w/ people who care about u. i often wonder if i make a difference to my friends and family, but then i imagine how they would feel if i was gone. if u r still in school, i suggest seeing the counsler or getting other counseling if these feelings are or turn into depression. try spending time doing something nice for urself and tell urself that u deserve it. eliminate toxic people in ur lives if possible. pleez try to remember that ur alive for a reason, most likely several reasons. if u ever feel worthless i would suggest volunteering ur time or doing good deeds, it really makes u feel good in a way uniquely its own. thats all my advice!

Hey Apy, I know how you feel. I have been thru this many times, all of us go thru such feelings at different point in our lives.
You know, when you feel down because of heart break, all things seem to go wrong and you think it will never go. But its temporary, it goes with time. I don't know why you feel unhappy despite getting the guy back to you, may be you are unsure of him. So give yourself time, do something which you always wanted to do but postponing. Go on holiday, go for shopping, go watch some game.
And remember, it is not your duty to make a difference in anybody's life. You do your best, that's all. You are given ONE life and you should live the way YOU want it to be. You remember the last line of Gone with the wind: "Frankly, my dear! I don't give a damn!" So let them live their lives, you live yours. Be happy, cheers!

well life has its ups and downs and the only way u can get up is being around positive plp so try to find friends who may even find something positive out of negative sutiations and as for ur bf is it does not feel rt let go coz u will end up where u were be4 or even worse good luck with everything

Well if it's been on going, you may need to consult your doctor. But try doing the things you like to do. IE: listening to your favorite songs (happy ones, no Patsy Cline or melancholy songs). Watch your favorite funny sitcoms, I come home and turn on Everybody Loves Ray and I laugh out loud, my mom always wants to know what's so funny. It's good to watch funny stuff. Good luck and smile, think happy thoughts.
