Im not really a fun person to be around. How can i loosen up and be less self conscious. I just want to be able to have fun with everyone and enjoy my life. Im allways so serious and too in my head. Please lend some advice. I need to become more friendly and more socialable. Thanks for your answers :)

watch other people and see what they do, read some books about the subject, socialize more and get in the routine of being outgoing, when you talk to other people focus on them and what they are all about pretend you are writing a story about them and get all the facts, people like it when you are interested in them, think about how you want to look, act, say and visualize yourself doing it.

Ok. Think about it this way. Make every day count, because each day can be a new adventure. I used to be all uptight and concerned, but now I am just carefree and fun to be around... Lol, my friends can do anything to me and I wont mind. I even got pushed down the stairs by a friend and broke my ankle and I wasn't too mad... Oh, now that I think about it, I have a sorta quote. "Don't be a slave to public perception."... They don't matter in the long run, unless they are really good friends, they come and go. Just be yourself and that is who you are!

hey i think we're all like this sometimes, no worries!
just remember life is a gift and its meant to be fun and worthwhile!
What matters in life isn't how you compete with others, what grades you get, how much money you earn, how smart u r etc. etc.
It's being happy and greatful over the simplest things in life and helping others be truly happy too! All it takes is a smile, a cheerful word and remembering that looking on the positive can make life 100x better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of luck and love! I know u are lighter then u think :) keep smiling and lookin on the positive :D

heres what i did, i stoped caring what people thought about me, ****'em! they just make your life miserable! i stoped caring how i looked, who i was friends with.. NONE OF IT MATTERS
