No such person exists. Everyone has feelings. Some are very guarded and/or disciplined, but they do have feelings.
You would flirt with him just like you would any other guy. He will respond to logic more than play. Try to reason with him or give him a challenge. He probably thinks of himself as intelligent. Or he has been hurt and wishes to avoid further hurt. Either way, treat him with respect. Be honest. Don't play games....yet. He might come around.

If he is like a wall, maybe he just needs a new paint job, give him one, he will feel better about himself and be emotional more stable. You can also use whitewash.

If you like that kind of guy, dont flirt, just find out what he likes to do and then go by that.

Hmm.. It seems to me that flirting with someone like that is useless. Even if you successfully get him to notice you and like you, the relationship will be unfullfiling, as you have said, this person has no feelings. My question to you is, Don't you deserve someone who has feelings and will share them with you and will feel fondness toward you?

Why in the hell would you waste your time unless you enjoy the challenge. For all you know he could be gay and you're opening yourself up to harassment and stalking charges.
There are plenty of other people in this world who will be receptive to your flirtations.

go out of your way to make conversation with him. If you are bold you will just ask him out on a date. Use the word date.
