I know that in the US you can get right hand drive skylines from japan (in california) early to mid 90's, for anywhere from $25-40k, I don't know if they have to be changed for emissions, but you can get em here, so I would think you could there too. Also money can get you just about anything regardless of laws, so if your wallet is big enough I am sure it is possible.
