I have looked up the criminal division of the IRS and I cannot find a contact person or email. They only have an address. I live in Mexico and regular mail could take awhile. Do you have any suggestions?

Contact the STATE BAR. This is an act disreputable and can get a lawyer disbarred or censured.

What he did wasn't right, but was it a tax return you would have filed? If not, file an amendment right away.

Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and talk to someone about this.
