You could open your "control panel" click on "Add/Remove Programs" go to the "Windows Setup" tab. Once you get that far you can re-install Paint, you'll find it under "Accesories"

You can simply follow these steps.........
-plug in your usb flash drive to any computer which is running
Windows Xp.
-go to My Computer > Local Disk C: > WINDOWS > system32 You will find a little icon with the name
"mspaint"
-simply use copy and paste technic to copy the file "mspaint from system32 and paste it to your usb drive.
-plug in your usb flash to your pc or notebook which has lost the ms paint software and again simply copy "mspaint" from your usb drive to your computer's "system32"
-you may creat shortcut from there to your desktop.

There is nowhere to download MS Paint.
Get a copy of windows from a friend and run it as a repair.

dont need to download it. go to add/remove programs in the control panel. on the left click on "add/remove windows components" in the new window double click on "accessories and utilities" then double click on "accessories" uncheck "paint" and hit OK 2 times, hit "next" then finish when its done. go back to the same exact spot and re-check paint, it will reinstall it. you may need your windows XP cd.

It's included with Windows, probably why you can't find it anywhere else.
