EVERYTHING IS REAL I think you need to start Praying To Jesus Christ and He will help you. I've had similar experiances, people would try and hurt me in my dreams FOR REAL and Demons would come into my bedroom Through the Mirror and talk to me and I would say "I rebuke you in the Name of Jesus Christ" and they would go away. When I was a little girl there use to be a man all in black outside my window at night even though I was on the second floor. I use to have panic attacks about 10 times a day a few years ago, but I prayed with someone very cool and asked Jesus Christ to live in me, since that day I havent' had a panic attack. I have a constant sadness around me no matter what still but I also have peace and joy now. No Matter What God is the one who made you and created you and there is a reason that you are so spiritual and unique. Embrace who you are.

You are not alone, many people like you and I have anxioty, panic attacts and depression. Great fear and trying to get to sleep is impossable when the weight of the world is on your shoulders. I take welbutrin xl and it has really helped me with my depression, I also take remron 15 mg. I still have bad behaviors because of being so insecure and that has ruined so much of my life. For sleep I had been put on several differant meds till I finally found the one that worked but it caused me to have very vivid dreams and nightmares. I used to take 150 mg of trazadone, now I only take 50 when I think I really need it. I feel for you and I hope it helps a little to know that your not alone. Peace be with you.

A friend will always accept you, even if you won't.

I have struggled with anxiety and depression all my life. A therapist can help you talk out those anxieties, but I often found that my anxiety didnt' make sense. Eventually, my doctor prescribed medication which took a couple of weeks to kick in, but helped tremendously. I was afraid to take it at first, because I thought it would make me into a zombie, but it didn't do that at all. The best way I can describe is it just seemed that a cloud lifted, or someone pushed the "easy button" for me.
I have also found regular aerobic exercise relieves symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
I've included a link on mental health for you. I would see your family doctor first. He or she can refer you to a specialist, if one is needed.
Good luck.

Well consult your physician about a referral to a psychologist or even a psychiatrist. The psych will provide both therapy and a suitable medication to help you control and eventually get rid of the anxiety.
But you need to act now, not leave it till it gets worse and becomes a major health problem

Anxiety is usually brought on by unresolved conflict. Take some time to search your mind and heart to see if you have any issues that are unresolved.

Also, make an appointment at a trusted psychologist. They can be a huge help.

I think you are putting bad thoughts in your head, and the longer you think about them they get amplified.
Try taking a few deep breathes, also maybe listening to some relaxing music before you go to bed just so you are not thinking bad thoughts!Hope you solve it soon.
Good luck!

one of my friends has bad anxiety probs. go to your doctor and ask him if he can prescribe some anxiety medication for you. it helped my friend a lot. you may even want to consider talking to someone you trust or a counselor.
