no, i couldn't stand it.
my mom married a 27 year old when she was 16, he completely ruled her life, what she wore, what she ate, when she ate. she wasn't allowed to see her family at all. he would handle all the money, if she wanted a dollar she had to explain to him what for.
the only place she ever went without him, was to the hospital to have kids and then he said they weren't his.
she put up with it for 32 years. i said to her one day "mom why do you let him treat you like that" you know what she said to me?
she told me she loved him. he apologized to her when he was on his death bed. but i tell you what--that woman went through hell.

Get her as far away from him as you can...he's an abuser.
( My sisters friend married a man like that, after a yr, he wouldn't let her leave the house to see her family, go to school (college) or shop...she killed herself to end it, but he wouldn't release the body to her parents and he wouldn't bury her either...she's been in limbo for 16 yrs now...dead and not buried....) This is a true story and I wish it weren't...she was my sisters best friend in HS and college...I knew her too...wonderful, sweet...great family.

Please make your cousin see someone for help..it will not get better for her, only worse...(Dr, psychologist, etc....)

this person cant put up with that, wouldnt you rather be free to do what you will...get out there and live you life...not wave as it goes by
