Check out prisons under google. I was searching for someone on there and think I remember seeing where you could view a prisoners list. If not there is phone numbers on there that could help you. Good Luck!

google your states prison web site then find the inmate list and enter the name, Good Luck.

Why under "Education & Reference"?

You'll need to get busted, convicted, and thrown in the slammer. Then, cultivate a network among your fellow inmates and put the word out that you're looking for someone. You might find someone right there in your wing.
