Why is it that a man cannot see my worth? I am a loyal, nice, pretty, smart and funny girl ... and yet not one seems to recognize it. Wouldn't every guy actually want a woman who's actually worth something? She doesn't cheat and cares deeply for him? Shouldn't he WANT to care about her, too? Girls out there, do you feel this way, too?

In a relationship, we cant equate a person personality or his/her commitment in the relationship for the other party’s love. There we cant measure love with worth.

See, guys want nice, smart, hot girls--but they often don't want those girl to "care deeply" for them...because "care deeply" often means, "care so deeply that she's not willing to let him go".

And although "not cheating" is a good thing, these two characteristics combined add up to a *committed* relationship.

Of course, guys don't want girls who will not care about them at all, but guys want great girls (with the qualities you listed) who will one day let them go the day they find another great girl--because guys crave variety and few things will make them surrender the priviledge to chase other girls. Yes, I think your worth is extremely worth seeing and going for, but unfortunately a lot of people don't have the worth to see that.

If you're having trouble finding someone, you might just be looking among the wrong people (I mean, I don't really know what your situation is, but it could be the case). I know it's hard sometimes to find quality people... I mean, there isn't exactly a "Meet High Quality Singles Who Really Go For Internal Quality and Loving Commitment Cafe" where you can just go find Mr. Soul Mate, but, in my opinion, it's very worth trying hard to find the right person, even if it means taking a while, and searching far.

I mean, when you count the years ahead of you, you just have to stick it out and find the right person. Can't go making mistakes with someone who seems good at first, then lets you down hard afterward. Almost everyone is a mask-wearer. They smile and talk cool while they're single, but then once they're comfortable, the mask comes off, and you see who they really are... quite often with terrible result.

So, I encourage you to not give up, and to think outside the box on where to find quality people. There are people out there who can take your worth to heart, but I think they obviously aren't in your immediate vicinity.

Most men are not taught a womans worth...by their fathers or mothers...so it's up to the women they meet to teach them, often it's too late..so be yourself, do the best you can. Find a guy who appreciates you and hold on to him...he's one in a million...

im right there with you...im having the same problem, and to top it all off, i already have low-self esteem problems. everyone tells me that im so pretty, and smart and nice and honest and such a great friend, but i just dont understand why guys dont see it.
most of the time they just cant see whats in front of them, and you have to show it to them..let him know that you care, and everything
