You are too much inside your head.
You also sound a like an OCD case.
I'm not being derogatory I am OCD too.
I learned to compartmentalize.
I do the best I can on any given task but when it is done I let it go.
I also let myself got to OCD town on things like cleaning, laundry or other little things like that.
On the big things I work hard.
If they turn out well I'm pleased.
If they don't I have to say Oh well, I tried.
You're too hard on yourself.
Your family is your family.
They are who they are.
There's nothing you can do about it.
The only thing you can control is you and how you choose to respond to things.
It's about taking your emotions in hand.
When your family drives you crazy you just say to yourself inside your head, I'm not going to let you take me there.
And I'm not going to take myself there.
I'm a good person, a nice person and I'm not going to let your sh** drag me down.
Negative people project their negativity.
Angry people project their anger.
You don't have to let it in.
Learn to recognize when people are getting into their own head trips.
When you can do that you can stop it form infecting you.
Just imagine an invisible shield around you and let it bounce off.
What everybody else said about exercise is totally true.
You need to balance all that brain work with some rigorous activity.
And eat right.
Lay off the sugar. Except for a treat now and then.
Treat your body right and it will treat you right.
Most of all take it easy on yourself.
Start letting the joy back into your life.
Laugh as much as possible.
Take the time to do something nice for yourself.
Take a bubble bath, do your toenails and talk to your girlfriends/friends whatever.
Let them know they don't have to provide you with answers or solutions but that sometimes you just need to talk and vent.
You need to connect with someone who's willing to listen and be on your side.
The two of you don't have to always agree on things but you are willing to listen to each other.
Point is make time for yourself.

Ok here's a thought I'm just thowing this out as an idea off the top of my head, you can wind down by going out some where. Go out and take some freash air. I know you'll have people say go to a shrink and all, but to me it depends on the person that will make the shrink succeed in his job. I'd go out and take all my worry's out on a good work out. freash air. you know bike rideing, rollar bladeing, have a blast doing new stuff. Learn how to skate bord, get a hold something. relaxing is cool and all but the problem w/ that is that it can get you thinking, it can run those memories and worry's when your relaxing, doing a work out it's not only takeing all your stress out but it's also keeping you in shape, you shouldn't stress as much, your too young, just think about how you'll be able to work this all out when your working out. Don't do it when your relaxing, make your relaxing time your relaxing time, play some games get your brain occupied so that you wouldn't have to think about the worries, get a hobbie, and when you work out at a gym, or bike ride, take all your worries and transform it to fuel for your muscles and powering you to ride or work out. well hit me up w/ an e-mail tell me how it goes TigerpooFrenzzy@yahoo.com

Gosh i hear ya! i thought i was going crazy! but alas, i'm not and neither are you. I got the coolest notebook i could find and started writing any and everything i was thinking/feeling. and that was 3 years ago. when you wake up at night, try getting out of bed and getting some water or take a pee or something. i used to listen to music, but i would listen till the songs were done. if you have extra stuff at school, maybe pull out of it for a while. I took a kickboxing class while i was going thru crap, and it was amazing! not to mention i lost weight too! i went swimming a lot and sometimes just floated. eating right and working out makes a lot of difference. you'll get thru this:)

It sounds like you should see your family doctor, and maybe have a referral to a psychiatrist. This isn't a do-it-yourself type of thing. The zits point toward it being hormonal, which you have no control over. Time to see a doctor and find out if anything can be done to relieve this.

Couple of things you can and should do. 1. talk to a trusted counselor at school. 2. Get more exercise - good healthy exercise will really go a long way to getting rid of anxieties. 3., Ask yourself what could be bothering you most. Then go about solving that problem - if necessary with the help and assistance of your parents or teachers.
Remember, if you are a teen ager (and it sounds like you are) you are going through a lot of hormonal changes - at times they are like a tsunami inside of you. Again, exercise and proper eating will help you (it will also help you sleep better).

Try talking it out or writing it out in a journal. Also, exercise is a good way to work through stress. This will help to release endorphins which will get rid of your stress.
