Darwin's thoery of human existence was based on the theory of evolution but as a believer, I firmly believe that God created us for a reason, even before the foundation of the world was laid, He knew us even before we came out of our mother's womb, He chose us to be in this world not because of who we are but according to His OWN purpose in HIS OWN TIME by HIS OWN WAYS.

We were created by God for his pleasure. He wanted someone with a free will to love Him. He walked with man in the garden of eden until man sinned. Sadly, the majority of mankind has disappointed Him by not even believing in Him. But for the ones who do, we have a glorious eternity waiting for us.

It is no great mystery to anyone who has cracked open a book on evolution. Are you implying that we are somehow special among earth's other creatures? We are, but not in a good way.

I'm pretty sure that's been a major goal of mankind since we evolved higher thought. It's what all religions attempt to do, and several different branches of science.
