I have been a Christian all my life until a few months ago when I decided it was not for me. Since then I have been able to see things from the "non-believers" point of view and I am very glad I left Christianity. I have been hounded by Christians trying to get me to convert back. My simply not believing in Christ was not good enough for them. So I am now fighting them with their own medicine.
In Matthew 12:30 it says "...but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. and whosoever speaketh a word against the son of man shall be forgiven him: but who soever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall never be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."
So I blasphemed the holy ghost and have NO chance of going to heaven... EVER. They can't convert me so why even try. Now I can live my life in peace. What do you think? Worth a shot? ; )

I was brought up in a Catholic school for twelve years... When I left Christianity, the only thing holding me back was a guilty feeling of, what if all those beliefs that have been instilled into me really are correct? I even wondered if leaving the Church would destroy all chances of redemption should there really be a heaven and hell.
After I while I realized, though, that I had to believe what I felt was true, not what someone else told me I should believe. I'm still not certain what I believe, but my growing personal philosophy makes sense to me, and that's what's important.
For example, I can't say for sure whether there is a god or there isn't, but I do believe that should there be one, and he does judge us, he would be above all faiths, without holding a single particular one as being more true than any other. If there is an afterlife (which I still have yet to decide on), rejecting one religion and embracing another. Really, it's up to you to decide what you want to believe, and don't let anyone else scare you into thinking otherwise.

There is NO UNFORGIVABLE SIN period. The KJV is a bad translation for those verses you mention.
If you want to know the truth concerning the supposed unforgivable sin search it out. Research the words in those verses with a concordance.
I think you got a great shot at learning that Jesus Christ’s sacrifice was greater than Christendom would have you to believe.
Peace

God is the righteous judge. He'll decide whether it was true blasphemy. And do you really think a life without God is better?
you may give into your desires but trust me, you can feel guilt. It is better to have never accepted that to have given it up.
and "No one comes unto the Father unless the Spirit draws him". Is the Spirit calling you? Do you think He wants you to come back? if you answered YES, then I say repent. If no, still try. you may just think He's not calling you.

The antidote for Christianity is a rock hard heart! But how do you know that God will not work in your life in such a way to give you a "heart of flesh" one day?

There is a director who is making a movie of people just saying "I deny the Holy ghost and you should too" so far he's gotten 400 people to record themselves saying it.

no. I left too, but I'm still hounded. Especially if your family is Christian. You may have to accept that they'll never stop trying, though it'll probably die down a bit after a year or two.

(Worth a shot) No, A christian who dies will meet God and live with him forever. A person who is not a christian will be condemmed to eternal punishment.

You actually sound like you are still a believer but are just being contrary. True non-belief allows you to see the absurdities of religion.

Well, you're probably right, but I'm sure there will be some who still want to help you. You might want to add the scripture about throwing pearls before swine.
