Margaritas, my speciality...
1) Ceasars on Clark (close ot Belmon) has the best margaritas. And if you sit at the bar, the bartender gives you Mexican water, aka tequila.
2)Garcias - there's this little restuarant on Lawrence (whole in the wall) thats open and the salsas awesome
3) On Ashland and Roscoe there is a quant little place - they have x-mas lights year around and next door there is a pet store.

The best strawberry margartia in Chicago is at El Jardin restaurant on Clark and the cantina about a block north. They're great.
