i was in a shop and an attractive female showd all the signs that she was attracted to me,like,she commented on my tatts,and yhat i smell nice ,at the time i was left speechless, i plan to buy a mobile phone ,from her store,how do i ask her out ,as i have not had to ask a woman out for 15 years

Well, Ask her if she would like to get some coffee or hot chocolate when she has a break or after she gets off from work. Did you ever see the movie "Taxi Driver" with Robert Dinero? Well, He goes up to this girl that he has been watching for a while but he does not know her and he ask her if she would like to get some coffee. Do the same thing.
