I suppose it would depend on the customer, now me, I would, that a hard job for a kid., I know my son did it. I remember him and I going out to deliver papers in really COLD weather, blowing snow, Ice, Rain, Sleet, you name it.. Just so his customers could have their papers. Of Course everyone should give them something to show their appreciation.. I always made mine cookies, Fudge, and gave them 5,10 dollars every year.

If you celebrate Christmas and if your Paperboy has done a good job of delivering your paper through the year.. YES! tip!

Or do you think getting up at some ungawdly hour of the morning in all sorts of extreme weather conditions to deliver your paper to you is reward enough?

Yea, I gave that little dink a tip -- stop throwing my paper on the roof or i was gonna trow a bucket of cesspool water on his car.

If you get good service from him/her, yes you should. If you can't afford much, it doesn't have to be big, but put it in a nice little card so he/she knows you care.

if he is not then find out what he is celebrating
n give him something on that particular occasion
it is not necessarily be tip
can be some gifts as well
as long as u are sincered
