Limewire is the best. There is also Edonkey. Sheraza and some other p2p sites that might be up your alley if you don't like that.

It's not a website but a program. www.limewire.com download on the site and it's free.

I like limewire, it's free unless you want to upgrade to limewire Pro, but that's not necessary cause it works well regularly!
