He could be just afraid to get into a relationship with someone offline, someone around him, and so he finds the on line love safer, but you must also consider the possibility that he is a predator and if and when you do meet make sure it is somewhere in public so you can run!!
Many have different ideas of love and for some. loving someone after 4 weeks is fine, but so are breakups and divorces!!

I'd say he's jumping the gun a lot. He's probably so happy he actually got someone to talk to him he's overwhelmed. Thinks that must be love.

hey, the same thing happened to me awhile ago, i met this man online and he was really nice we hit it off and just like 2 weeks of emailing each other he told he loves me, he gave me his number and everything but i never called, he said he was in love with me and it scared me off because how can you love someone after you just know each other for such a short time, my best bet is he is either lonely or looking for love but either way it scared me, so i stopped talking to him cause its really strange, love takes such a long time to develop, so follow your instincts and becareful. He may have had some emotional let downs and your are fufilling the void in his life. You should ask him why does he love you so much and What do you do for him that completes him?
