Could be a hiatal hernia. It is in your esophagaus and the flap pushes up and allows the acids and gases in your intestine to come up causing heartburn, gas, bloating, belching. I don't think the constipation is really related to the bloat, but adding fiber may help with that issue.

try to find those pills called (disflaty) ...u can also get peppermint oil and put 2 drops in 1 glass of water before u eat anything in the morning (once a day ) u will just feel so normal whatever u eat

first take simethicone
then contact a Dr
you might also try to eat foods that are simple for a few days
bananas rice apple sauce toast
its called the brat diet usually for diarrhea bu you Will have that soon if you are not careful!

It sounds like you are having gas problems - it can be extremely painful. I would suggest that you consult your doctor to get a real long term remedy. I take Gas-X to control mine and it helps immensely, but you may have deeper seated problems - go to the doctor. Good luck.

Could be allergies to food, polysistc ovaries, irritable bowel syndrome, you may need some Zantac/Prilosec/etc....
Or you could have uterine cancer...(one of the symptoms is bloating and gas)

Maybe you are eating to much or to fast.
It also could be what your are eating.
If you are really concerned please see your family doctor to rule out any "conditions" and put your mind at ease
