Im looking for info on looking downwards causes tingling in inside left leg.
I also have tingling in the right hand. Weird is that 'abrasivness' causes the tingling to start and it doesnt go away for hours.
But looking down makes it tingle even more and makes my left leg tingle.
Would like to find some info on the net that might help me self diagnose this.
I am seeing a doc about it Saturday though.
Id just like to see what i can find so im informed.

You may have a pinched nerve in your neck/cervical spine, which is what the MRI will show. Looking down puts tenson on the affected nerve, which runs down the entire course of your body (its how your brain sends signal to your legs). The MRI is an excellent diagnostic tool for this. Good luck!

Good luck with that. Makes no sense to me how the two (looking down and tingling in your thigh) would be related. Might consider a neurological referral
