In the US anyways confirmation name is not a legal name. When you get married you have to go to the social security office and fill out a form if you want to take your husband's last name. I suppose you could add your confermation name at that time. You can actually legally change your name at any time but they like to have a good reason. No your name will not get changed on your birth certificate.

Unfortunately, confirmation names are not considered legal in the U.S. However, you can use it for all practical purposes. It just won't appear on legal documents, such as a driver's license, although you may be able to get it on a passport if you submit proper certificates showing that you have adopted that name. The name on your original birth certificate will never be changed, unless it's for an adoption or legal name change reason. Your married name will not ever be added to your birth certificate.

If you truly want to make Faustina part of your legal name, you could have a court petition to change your name legally to include Faustina as a second middle name.

It won't change automatically, but you can go down to your local courthouse and file a petition to have your name changed. After that, it will be your responsibility to change all of your documents - driver's liscence, SS card, work/school files, etc.
