i have severe acne on my chest. is there any over the counter stuff you reccomend to get rid of it fast? im 14

Zinerit (by Yamanouchi) - a face pack u should be able to find in drugstores. It's made of erytromicyn and zink. Works wonders. But can cause dryness. Consult a doc about for how long u need to use it and if it's safe to use in ur case. It helped me, but I'm older.
Another great remedy, but this time 100% harmless and natural, is using essential TEA TREE OIL, combined with rosemary essential oil- mix 2 drops of each with one spoonfull of any base oil (almond oil or grape seed oil) and massage into clean skin, after shower. Use on a regular basis. Works slower and is also good as a preventive.
SOMETIMES good hot showers with a little rough sponge and anti-bacterial soap help too, but that's when acne is not very bad or swallen, so see a doc first, because a treatment is always something individual.

Damn, This is always a problem for teenagers,. no matter where it is. There are a number of soap products that can help reduce the acidity of the skin around the whelts. This does help to make it more comfortable and gradually lessens in severity as time goes by.
Consult with a pharmacist or even your local doctor for help with this. Its basically hormonal, you are into pubery and your body is changing. Some changes we would rather do without, but it is the curse for becoming a man or a woman. Try not to scratch them as you will scar badly if you do. Calomine lotion helps ease the problem but is not a cure. You need good medical intevention

My friend had it pretty severly on her back and chest and she said that there where two things that worked. Either proactive or the acne treatments from dr zizmore. dr z. is a ny doctor so you might try to google him and see if you could order something online. And i also heard teatree oil helps.

proactive works and so does this daily scrub stuff i use... just go to the clenser isle in the store not that hard...
